EXPRESS DELIVERY TO THE UK

FREE delivery is available to all Legacy Jewellery customers.

Our Delivery Partner: Parcels will be sent using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service, which is fully insured, trackable and will arrive the next working day. Delivery on a designated day is available on request.

Delivery and Returns

  • We can provide you with a prepared postal pack. This has all the packaging you need to safely and securely send your jewellery to us. Your parcel will also include full instructions and details about insurance. We use the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service which guarantees delivery the next working day before 1pm.

  • We use discreet outer packaging.

    Your Legacy jewellery is securely and beautifully packaged to ensure its protection, using where possible, recycled or recyclable materials.

  • If you ultimately decide not to go ahead with having your Legacy jewellery created, your jewellery will be sent back to you via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. There will be a £15 to cover the postage, packaging and insurance.

As Legacy Jewellery items are all bespoke they are not refundable.
